I consider “my team” to be the people who are part of my formal structure but also those who participate in a more open ecosystem. All the people with whom I ideate, adventure and co-create. People to whom I turn, provide a framework for work and collaboration and from whom I receive expertise and support.
I am Miryam Artola Dendaluce, founder and CEO of Muxote Potolo Bat. When I created Muxote, as an expression of myself, on January 26, 2011, I did it to share my experiences, experiences and everyday feelings with people like you. Because, although we may live far away, or belong to different places and cultures, we share many of our values, questions, pains, joys, passions, desires and views.
Muxote, which has been taking on a life of its own these years, has evolved and I have evolved with it. And together we have created this world in which Muxote can help you contribute positively and transform your environment and why not, a little bit of this world in which we live.
I am a Strategic Consultant with Visual Language and my mantra: Caring, connecting, moving (and moving).
My passion is supporting space (personal, team and organizational) through the enormous potential of Visual Language.
Working with people and organizations, their relationships, what motivates them (us) and their support in the personal and professional sphere have marked my personal and professional activity.

Iratxe Fernández
I have a degree in Fine Arts from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, with a specialty in painting and graphic design. I returned to Bilbao to complete the Master’s Degree in Art Research and Creation taught by the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Basque Country and I currently live in Euskadi.
In 2012 Miryam joined me in this project she had created. I immediately fell in love with Muxote, with his way of speaking, expressing himself and how he wanted to change the world. In the development of my work I have specialized in the design and deployment of communication elements as well as in the production of graphic minutes.
What I like most about my job and my main contribution is incorporating GRAPHIC DESIGN tools and techniques so that the strength of Visual Language gains even more strength and materializes in concrete communicative displays with high added value.
Andrés Espinoza
I was born in Venezuela where I graduated in Social Communication / Audiovisual Journalism. I currently live and work in Euskadi.
I am an AUDIOVISUAL DIRECTOR: I record, edit videos and complement them with motion graphics. I am also an amateur musician, and in my work, in addition to paying attention to the visual, I pay a lot of attention to the sound.
I consider myself a perfectionist and creative, and above all I feel part of the team: giving movement to the ideas, drawings and messages of Muxote Potolo Bat and Miryam Artola so that what we propose has greater reach and impact.
Marta Liarte
I was born in Barcelona, and currently reside in Bilbao. I have a degree in Fine Arts from the UPV and studies in Graphic Design and Web Design, among other things.
I began my collaboration with Muxote several years ago, incorporating my expertise in WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT both in internal projects and in projects with clients.
I see design as a way to solve how to display information in a simple and effective way. Together with Muxote, this is enriched by his special way of seeing the world and his own unique style.
